Compact single-end machine with two spraying levels one above the other (without immersion bath), for intensive caustic spraying, circulation re-spraying and fresh water final rinse

This compact single-end machine has a treatment track twice as long as a normal tunnel washer, thus providing an extra-long treatment time. It is equipped with all the features of the latest BOHRER cleaning technology for maximum performance in all areas of crate cleaning in the beverage industry and dairies. The possibilities offered by our modular machine design mean that it can be upgraded with optional accessories such as container drying, automatic CIP machine interior cleaning, vapour extraction and much more, making it future-proof.

The BOHRER-typical machine design in high-quality, clear stainless steel hygienic design is fully oriented towards functionality, energy efficiency, durability, as well as ease of cleaning and operation. Heat-insulated machine housing to save as much energy as possible.
Unique in the competition are the large maintenance and cleaning doors on both sides with safety glass and freely accessible technical rooms with gas spring-supported, space-saving folding doors for pumps, motors, valves and sensors.
The machine tanks are completely covered by one or more rotating protective covers. This prevents coarse dirt from entering the tanks and makes it easier to clean the machines by hand.

Modular machine configuration

The modular machine concept of the BOHRER container cleaning machines allows for the individual configuration with optional accessories for a wide range of customer requirements, such as automatic CIP machine cleaning, process temperature control, chemical dosing, container drying, and much more, in addition to the machine-specific standard cleaning components. 
By integrating optional accessories, BOHRER washing machines can be individually expanded to meet all cleaning requirements.
