This compact crate washer and dryer combines as an innovative combination machine all the advantages of state-of-the-art crate cleaning with efficient retained water blower drying. Thanks to its modular machine design, which allows for single and double track operation and any length of washing section, this combined machine is the economical solution for all cleaning and drying requirements for a wide range of containers.

Unique in the competition are the large maintenance and cleaning doors on both sides with safety glass and freely accessible technical rooms with gas spring-supported, space-saving folding doors for pumps, motors, valves and sensors.

Modular machine configuration

The modular machine concept of the BOHRER container cleaning machines allows for the individual configuration with optional accessories for a wide range of customer requirements, such as automatic CIP machine cleaning, process temperature control, chemical dosing, container drying, and much more, in addition to the machine-specific standard cleaning components.
By integrating optional accessories, BOHRER washing machines can be individually expanded to meet all cleaning requirements.

Drive and water management

For drive and process technology, we use energy-efficient and low-maintenance components such as frequency-controlled high-efficiency servo motors, energy-efficient high-performance pumps and low-maintenance filters, as well as the latest control units from leading manufacturers.
