For the trouble-free operation of the crate washer, we recommend for heavily soiled crates our S-turning station which is upstream to the crate washer. Non-adherent coarse dirt, broken glass and bottles are thus removed before it enters the crate washer.

As with our crate washers, the structure of our robust turning station is completely made of stainless steel and is spe-cially adapted to the crate supply conveyor belts. The control takes place fully automatically via the crate supply units of the feeding belts.
